MY BESTEST FRIEND

We talk about family, we talk about lifestyle and we talk about beauty. But when do we get to talk about how much we freaking love our best friend???

Best Friend
noun
a person’s closest friend.

Someone that knows your deepest fears, your greatest ambitions and someone you’re not scared to tell the absolute truth.

The definition of a best friend is a person who you value above other friends in your life, someone you have fun with, someone you trust and someone in whom you confide. The first person you call when you get good news.

To quote Meredith Grey. ‘my person’ is Georgie Taylor.ย
Georgie and I met when we were 11 years old, at Notre Dame High School, Sheffield.
And she never lets me forget her first impression of me.

‘You had braids’ yes that is all she remembers. Obviously when you start a new school year, you have just had the summer, the 6 weeks of summer holidaying with your family, on this certain occasion I had taken a trip to Majorica and had decided as it was so “super cool” back then, to have some random person on the Spain strip to braid my hair. By the time the new school year had come around, I still had them in. And that is all Georgie remembers of me.

We were in the same form from the get go, and all the way through to 6th form. Yes in-between these times we had (dare I say) other “best friends”. But when it got to 6th form our friendship blossomedย once again as we were placed in the same form yet again. Uni came and went, boyfriends that would take up most of our time have been dumped and now we are the bestest friends that anyone could ask for.

And the rest is history.

Theres many many maaaannyyyy memories between this girl and I, some are hard times, some are absolutely hilarious times and all are mine and I love them being ours and only ours.

Bearypie xoxo

This has by far, been the easiest blog to write. Because it’s all about her ย โ™ฅ
